Lost Activation Code

I purchased the HW5 upgrade early last month but do not recall receiving an activation code. If it was emailed, it might have gone to spam, but unfortunately, my spam folder auto-deletes after 10 days.

How do I obtain another copy?

The activation code is send in a confirmation email with your invoice (attachment). Please email support[at]hauptwerk.com including your order# (if you have it), ilok user id and email address used for your order.

I've resent your order confirmation email which contains your activation code. Note you can also view the order details with your activation code in your online shop account under My Orders.
