Cavaille-Coll

PostThu Mar 18, 2004 1:03 am

Hello Professor Maier,
The Pastorale on the Cavaille-Coll sounds fantastic! I thought extending the stop list using borrowed .WAV files did not markedly increase the need for RAM. Am I wrong, or are the new pipes seperate samples?

Thanks for the compliments, I also have to thank Fabio Mancini for his wonderful live recordings!

The extended version has three new stops derived and processed from the existing Cavaillé-Coll recordings (no transmissions, additional memory needed) and three stops defined by transmission, no extra memory space needed).
Please check the specification page for details.
