I remember Virgil Fox stopping right in the middle of performing a piece, grab his handkerchief and start cleaning the keys on the choir manual. I don't think they were dirty. It was just his way of theactrically recovering from a major boo boo in his performance. It allowed him to gracefully start over.

If the Keytops are not Ivory, use much care in selecting the cleaner that you use on the Keys,
as many of them will Dull the finish and could possibly remove the Black Lacquer from the sharps. :roll:
Having had to correct the results of poor choice ! ! ! :oops:
