the funny fly

PostWed Jun 01, 2016 6:47 pm

I have a touch screen monitor, which seems sensitive enough to pick up on the "commands" of a fly walking across the screen and minimizing my Hauptwerk screen while playing an organ and then my screen went kind of haywire. Guess what? There is a little space underneath the edges of the frame of my monitor and the fly managed to crawl underneath it and activate buttons. With a piece of paper I wedged the fly out of there.

....and then it flew into the mouth of an old lady...who swallowed it, and I don't know why she swallowed that fly....

I think it was quite funny. :D :)

I think you have to be of an age to get it. Jolly good.

the old swallowed a fly
it was purely by accident
she drank a lot of slibovitz
and she was alright

the fly got so drunk
that he found his way out
miraculously
and flew away in circles

a bird came around and swallowed the fly
a cat came around and swallowed the bird
a dog came around and swallowed the cat
a tiger came around and swallowed the dog

an elephant came around and smashed the tiger
a mouse came around and scared the elephant away

when the tiger got smashed, all the swallowed animals came out whole
and miraculously survived
and went on their merry way

the tiger got well
and sang a song
to the tune of
Bach's Adagietto in H-flat (BWV 12345678910-B)

accompanied by moi on the hauptwerk organ
of the Dutch village in the north woods

the (unlikely) end
