Unable to order from midiworks

When I have tried to confirm order at midiworks webpage I have recieved this puzzling message: Declined - Entered Information Cannot Be Authenticated.
I have sent a message to Midiworks, but I want to ask if on this forum anyone is familiar with this problem and eventually what can be done to fix it before june promotion is over...

Your situation could be different, but I purchased some keyboards from them last week. My bank denied the charge because the fraud dept of the bank thought it looked like a suspicious charge (large amount and foreign). I confirmed with the bank that the transaction was okay, and then the charge was allowed. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the communications and service at midiworks.

You wrote that you sent midiworks a message. I recommend that you include the mail box info@organworks.com which Henry Wemekamp, CEO monitors.
