Mailbox is full

Postby tf11972 » Fri Jul 20, 2018 2:56 pm

Last night I wanted to send a mail to info@hauptwerk.com as a private message, but it returned undeliverable. The mailer-daemon said "mailbox is full". So I sent my mail to info@milandigitalaudio.com and I hope, it wasn't been moved to the spam folder :|

Can you solve the problem?
Best regards
Thomas

This may help to provide some explanation.

Almost two weeks ago I logged into my profile to change contact details, which, for some reason, had the effect of deactivating the account.

I thought this may be something to do with system security and needed approving but around a week ago I ended up e-mailing info@milandigitalaudio.com for help.

I have just been able to log in again today.

'Patience is a virtue' as they say. I'm sure it will all come good in the end.

I’ve been waiting for two days for a license update. Maybe Brett is on vacation?

I can assure everyone, neither Brett or Martin is on vacation, but just very busy. I know this for fact. Hopefully this will calm any concerns and/or fears as well as rumors concerning the future for Hauptwerk.

By.'nature' I have always been an impatient sort. I want 'things' to happen right now, if not sooner. Yet my dad tried to instill the value of being patient. Some of that teaching, in my case, needs to be applied here and now. I've been using Hauptwerk for many years now starting all the way back from version 1.0 and continue to be amazed at this marvelous piece of software. Truly a dedicated piece of work. Bottom line, it just keeps getting better. An amount of patience has always been well rewarded.

I couldn’t agree more. I count myself very, very lucky to be able to avail myself of this wonderful technology!

See yesterday's announcement that their e-mail server has been down for a couple of days. Should be back up soon, and with apologies.

Please note info@hauptwerk.com is not our main email account. Rather please always use info at Milan digital audio.com (replace at and remove spaces) which is definitely not full. The other account does forward to this account but you are best using the second account.

Everything is back in order with the email and server accounts so there shouldn’t be any further issues.

Thanks!

Brett Milan
