Hello,
I am trying the demo version of Oberlinger organ Bonn Beuel, and I notice the following details:
1) Switching on the 4 ‘Appels d’anches’ by default doesn’t work every time.
2) The Unda Maris is not detuned, except in the last notes.
3) A right-click on the label of a stop doesn’t allow to reach the voicing tool.
Are those issues corrected in the commercialised version?
Best regards,
Luc

P.S.: For your information: your ‘Contact us’ page doesn’t work.

Hello Luc,

thanks for pointing out that the contact page didn't work. (Fixed now) I tried something to avoid being spammed by bots all the time, 95% of the mails from the contact page are spam, but apparently that did not quite work :-)

Regarding the Oberlinger organ:
1) Actually I thought it doesn't work at all. The point is that the appel switches go through an internal logic, and the link is evaluated by HW at the moment the switch is changing its state. When you set it's default to ON that is not propagated to the next switch, as the appel switch never actually changed its state. So currently it is not possible to load the organ with appels on by default.
2) Just checked: To my ears it is quite clearly detuned except for the bottom octave, where it does not have pipes of its own but uses the Bourdon pipes.
3) Never noticed it, because I never used a right click for this. But you are right, it doesn't work on the Oberlinger set. It does on my newer 4-channel sets though. Problem is that HW cannot decide which rank (front or rear) to use unless you explicitely tell it in the ODF, and that setting is not used.

The licenced version behaves exactly the same as the trial version (except for the periodic muting). I consider these issues rather small as they have no effect on the sound and so ask for your understanding that these will not be fixed.

Best regards

Hello Marc,

the sampleset is 100% finished and polished, but unfortunately a legal issue came up that needs to be solved before I am allowed to start selling it. I still have hope to be able to release it in time for Christmas, but the issue is not in my control.

I really wish I had better news about this!

Oh, no! That is indeed unfortunate! :( It's too bad this 'issue' had not come up prior to all your work in producing this sample set. I hope things go as planned as I and no doubt many others are very interested in this set. The recordings on CCH sound fantastic!

Marc
