Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ

Good morning all.
I am trying to contact MIDI Organ Works of Canada (Darryl Wood (maybe not still there?)/Atilla Magyar etc etc), but despite trying for about a month, I cannot raise them.
Does anyone know whether they are still trading? I have one of their components which has worked well until a month ago, but has now developed a fault - I was hoping for some help from them!
Any pointers will be most welcome.

Yes, they're definitely still trading, but customer service and response times have gone through the floor since Darryl left about 3 years ago.
Attila seems to work strange hours. Raymond (Garcia) is another possible contact.
If all else fails, contact the owner and CEO, Henry Wemekamp. He seems to be keen to follow up on unsatisfactory service.

Good morning all.

I realisd that I should have updated this post quite some time ago.

I did eventually get a completely helpful reply (and apology for the delay) from Attila. His advice enabled me to resolve the issue completely - that issue being that somehow the illumination control had become corrupt such that the LEDs in the rocker tab array were not illumated, or were, but almost invisibly.

I should have read the instructions, because the process for correction of this error is described under the illumination setting section. Fortunately all is well that ends well!
