In practice, from a technical point of view, I would assume that. But I would remind you of your own earlier statement:

This would be a great time to download the Hauptwerk V User Guide and review the installation or upgrade sections or to check out how to implement new features. I don't imagine many of us have read every word of the previous guide but it's the right place to start when there's a HW question.
