Dear all,

Thanks for your input regarding the website issues. I do apologize they are occurring. We have plans to rework the site which will fix nearly all of the issues mentioned here. At this point I suspect that will be rolled out early 2021 as we need to essentially rewrite the entire website without using some of the older coding done by a previous web developer.

Thus please note we do hear you and are working to get everything working exceptionally and that includes our forum here as well moving to a new home with software updates including mobile support.

More updates once we are nearing this overhaul.

Thanks again!

Should this be interpreted as: HW6 is on the way to pay for the baby from the honeymoon HW5 paid for?

This morning I tried the main Hauptwerk site from my iPad. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the images which been absent for so long now appear in both Safari and Chrome. Thank you if you made some changes...

The forum heading is out of date!

(and we are still getting a few SQL server / 503 errors).

I now prepare appends in "Notepad" or similar and paste them in to avoid loosing what i type!

Another annoying issue, which should be resolved as well are the http://... links in the topic reply notifications. Clicking a http://... link always requires entering the credentials again (at least with macOS). This is not necessary, when entering the sample link with https://... . Unsecure links are no longer up-to-date anyhow, and should be avoided.

Hello Ed,

I just checked, and it's still working for me ( search.php ). I usually use it several times a day. Are you sure you' re looking at the forum's search function (not the main website's search function at the very top-right)?
Best regards, Martin.

Back to 502 here too. (It was fixed for a while last night). Did someone forget to pay for their domain name?

Good evening,

Thanks for the report. We are aware of this problem (Bad Gateway, error 502, 524) and fixes were applied but the problem keeps returning after a while. The webmaster is working with the ISP to find a permanent solution.
Best regards
François

I get this error on the Home page (only):

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

Other pages seem to be OK.

I also have been getting the "slider error" for sometime.

Is this a legitimate Hauptwerk website problem, OR some dangerous hack?

The website seems to access the Form OK after receiving this error.

Please advise!
