Expected wait time for version 4.2 license updates?

This is my first post ever to this forum - ok, my forum account just wasn't activated by MDA for many years (can you believe this?). Now, I am waiting for many weeks for a dongle update to be done. The first attempt was not correct (i.e. the update didn't do the job) and now, I keep getting no response. I don't know, tell me, what do I have to do to get this done by MDA finally? It just makes me angry this kind of attitude towards a long-term customer and all-time top 20 contributor to Contrebombarde.

Hello Michelle -

Whilst you're chasing licence updates, could you check what is happening to my request for a licence to be transferred from one dongle to another? On 4th February Brett asked me to “send an update file from each key you have in a separate email”, which I did later that day. I sent a reminder on 14th February, but have heard nothing further.

...maybe anyone else from MDA is willing to respond to my request or even get this update done finally?

Sorry to hear about the delays. Francois and myself aren't ourselves involved with handling licenses, I'm afraid, but if you submitted the licence update request then no doubt the people who handle it will get to it as soon as they have a chance.

thank you so much for helping me with my now successful dongle update.
My dear friend Andreas Mattes basically has exactly the same problem as I had, i.e.
the previous update file from MDA didn't add the licenses (same target scope as for me but less to add).
Could you maybe also have a look at this one? His order ref was 48067
I could also provide his email address.
