I'm not sure if it's an accident, or further incompetence, but I do not need to be sent an e-mail about the availability of HWV when I purchased it 4 months ago. I don't plan on upgrading twice.........

A slight variation on your theme, Murph.. They correctly knew I had not purchased Hauptwerk V.

Yet in January when I tried 3 different Hauptwerk websites to redeem my coupon for Hauptwerk V, using the two different websites I had obtained Hauptwerk 4 and the Hauptwerk 4 upgrade from, I received only a automated response from Hauptwerk telling me to use a third website.

Hauptwerk never bothered to respond from the third site. (The first website refused to accept my email address and password.)

I wonder how many other people decided the hassle of moving to the next edition of Hauptwerk was not worth it!
