Right now (2:25pm UTC - 10:25am EDT), iLOK is reporting an outage. The authentication service has performance problems.
This outage affects the account and licenses validation. Indirectly this is affecting the purchase of new sample sets and Hauptwerk licenses since the ilok accountid (needed when completing your check-out) can't be validated.
Please try again later your purchase or validation.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. As discussed previously, the use of the iLOK 3 dongle ($38USD at Amazon) will provide uninterrupted services. The cloud service is a nice feature for temporary uses, but the dongle is highly recommended.
