Hello Ed,

No problem on my side (tried on 1 pc with Edge and Chrome) . Maybe a glitch with reCaptcha... Here is the lower right corner

Hi,

Everything still ok on my side.

Error 503 was reported a while ago. When you get that message, simply retry a minute or 2 later and you will be ok.

Not a big deal for me. A friend was considering buying a Perpetual Licence but stopped when he saw error message. Did you click ln the above link and scroll down? You need to click on the lower right corner to see the partially hidden error message which then pops out to the left.

Use Hauptwerk.com, not Hauptwerk.co ... Where did you get that link? If I click Buy | Online Store | Hauptwerk Advanced perpetual the link is .COM ....

As I said, this isn't for me. A friend called this to my attention and I just forwarded the info. He is not yet a Forum member.
This the sequence of steps he did:

https://www.hauptwerk.com/

https://www.hauptwerk.com/hauptwerk-store/

Click on "Buy", then on the drop down, click on "Pricing" which takes you to this page.

PERPETUAL LICENSE PRICING
HAUPTWERK V

Under this heading is a banner for
Advanced Edition

PERPETUAL

$599
Clicking on that banner takes you the page in question.

[url]https://www.hauptwerk.com/pricing/[/url

On the pricing page, he clicked on the Advanced Edition banner, lower left side which brought him to this page:
That is the page where the error message is, bottom right.

https://hauptwerk.co/advanced-edition/

Sorry to be a bother, I've been trying to convince him to get a HW licence. What he did (above) seemed logical.

Rgds,
Ed

He can simply continue his purchase or he can add an "M" to .CO ... still ok and secure. Or he can go directly here https://hauptwerk.com/advanced-edition/

I strongly advise that MDA sort out its website addresses. Hauptwerk.co does work as Ed says with the invalid message. I suspect that either someone is trying to pretend to be the Hauptwerk site or perhaps this is some sort of test site. Test sites should not be visible to the general public. Some one pretending to be Hauptwerk is much worse.

The website still does not display correctly on my iPad, some images are missing, and the SQL resources failures Giving 503 and sometimes other errors haven’t been fixed. I thought these points were being addressed.

No worry, this is not the case (both extensions, .CO and .COM are valid). Recaptcha was added later (once Hauptwerk.com was up and running and some .CO pages remains). The .CO link is coming from a page that no one is "usually" clicking (and the error was never reported); it was reported by Ed today. So no worry, no one is pretending to be Hauptwerk and the page is good.

**** EDIT 15 minutes later - While I'm no Webmaster, I corrected the page, all links are now pointing to .COM pages ****

About the ipad not displaying correctly on your iPAD, we know that some users are having this problem, but for most it is working correctly . The problem has been forward to our webmaster a while ago and correction were made but it seems that it' still affecting some people.

The same thing for error 503... also reported, but not critical. If you retry a few seconds later you will access the website (again the webmaster is aware of this problem).
