I can't buy products from my shopping cart

Hello,

I am currently trying to purchase a license for 'upgrading v5 to v6 perpetual'.

When I checked out, the web page asked me to write down my i-lok account,

so I wrote down the account name and then click 'submit', then only the circle continues endless and online purchases no longer proceed.

I tried by using Chrome and Edge alternately, but the error phenomenon is the same. :cry: Why is this happening?

Hello John/dr.stewa,

Thanks very much for the attempted purchase, and sorry to hear about the problem.

Although I'm not involved with the shop myself (so I might be wrong), my guess would be that the shop was having difficulty connecting to PACE's (iLok) server in order to look up your iLok account name. E.g. perhaps just a temporary issue with a server being down, or similar.

I've just checked, and I can connect to PACE's system (e.g. via iLok License Manager), so it seems that at last some of their services are working normally at the moment.

If you wouldn't mind, please let us know if you're still having the problem in another couple of hours or so. If it's just a temporary problem at PACE's end then it may well have been resolved by then, otherwise we can try contacting the relevant people to get it investigated. (PACE are in the U.S., so it might be a few hours until we can get that looked into, due to the timezone difference.)

I have now tryed another computer with a different internet access and different browsers - does not work also...

Just a "me too" on this problem, tried on various browsers. As Martin says, it's most likely the connection between the iLOK server and the MDA web site, so nothing we can do about it. I'm a patient soul... will try later.
