I’m wondering what avenues are available if we are treated rudely by a sample set provider. Recently I sent an email to a well known sample set provider, who sent a reply that I thought was quite rude. I sent them a reply telling them I was upset by their response, but they haven’t replied back. Recently I have heard of two other forum members on another forum that have had a similar experience. I know it’s not the job of Hauptwerk to police their sample set creators, however a hurtful email exchange with a sample set creator does hurt the Hauptwerk brand. Thanks for any information as to how to proceed. I post this on the public forum in case other users may benefit from the information thus gleaned.
