Naxos 'Virtual Haydn': convolution reverb

PostThu Nov 17, 2011 6:04 am

I just saw information about a new release from Naxos, their 'Virtual Haydn' project:

http://www.naxos.com/catalogue/item.asp ... e=8.501203
http://www.music.mcgill.ca/thevirtualhaydn/

The recordings were made at McGill University, Montreal, but with the acoustics of rooms Haydn would have played the works in added by convolution reverb...

May be of interest to some of you, anyway!
