Hello,
so, I only have the Professional, but my recommendations should apply to the Grav as well. First, try to get away from all non-Baroque stops like the Unda Maris and such stops. Furthermore, find some "percussive" stops - for example the Great Octave 2'. If you do not know what I mean, take the Velesovo (Demo), and listen to the Great 8+4+2 Prinzipal Chorus. So if I am not in the mood for a huge organ, I play the BWV 565 (Toccata & Fugue D minor) with:
- Great: Prinzipal 8', Octave 2'
- Swell: Prinzipal 8, Terz 1 3/5'
- Pedal: Prinzipial 16', 8', Posaune 16'.
One very problem of the PAB is that the Mixtures are not as bright as needed for Bach. So if you need to make the Pedal voice more dominant you might have to add some Reed stops, to make it hearable.
Greetings
