Identify this music, please

PostMon May 23, 2016 7:55 am

I have been asked whether I could play a certain piece of music at a memorial service. However, I have only been given a short, quite poor, recording of the piece. I wonder if anyone could identify it, please. It is not organ music, as such, but knowing its name and perhaps the composer would help.

You can hear / download it here:

Many thanks,

It sounds very 20's Irish, or "Hollywood Irish" from the 40's/50's.
