Software MYCO new version 2.03.5

PostThu May 17, 2012 6:39 am

With this version 2.03.5 :

A bug is fixed. Some users :( (but not all) had an error when they saved the ODF because a "/" was mysteriously missing in the path of the file. I do not know where this error came from, but now Myco checks if the "/" is present and add it if the "/" is missing. :)

It is now possible to swap quickly the location of two drawstops. Place the mouse cursor over the first one, press "s", then move the cursor over the second button and press "q". 8)

Hi musicalis.

Can You tell me about MYCO restriction?
How it's possible to make 16' from 8' etc. (that's the same technology like in Pipetune software?)
What about wind model and all HW features?
Is it compatible with "hbw" format?
That's all I think :)

All best!

Hi Montre64
The restriction for the unregistered version is that you can create organ only with Myco or St Anne Moseley samples.
With the registred version (24.00€) you can use most of the sample-sets you own ( I cannot say all because I have not many sample-sets so I cannot try)
The same for wav and hbw. Myco can use both formats, but may be not all hbw
you can change a 8' into a 16' or into a 4', a fifth .... but not like pipetune, samples are not modified, Myco only tells Hauptwerk to play the samples at an other pitch.

The main limitations of Myco (registred) are :
Myco can only create custom organs
you can merge 8 smple-set in the same organ
4 manuals + ped
56 ranks
only one loop and one release per sample

Any plans to implement multi release/loops?
...or it might be possible to add that feature manually (to the exist MYCO sample set)?

Thank you for the reply.

Regards.
