DefaultToEngaged

PostMon Sep 28, 2015 11:56 am

Hello,

what might be the reason, why a coupler with the argument <DefaultToEngaged> set to Y is still not engaged, when the organ is loaded? I thought, that this argument will switch the control ON, whenever the organ is loaded or when "Cancel" is pressed.

Hello Chris,

That attribute will be used to default the user's preference for the virtual switch. Thereafter the user's preference will take precedence. Hence if you change the value in the organ definition then you need to use the option to reset the organ's MIDI settings via the design tools options screen.
