I think I already know the answer, but I would be grateful if somebody can confirm whether or not the CODM supports the implementation of a "Great & Pedal Pistons Coupled" switch.

I would think yes since St. Anne's has one.

It is a bit long ago I worked with the CODM, but I'm afraid this functionality is not available in the CODM.
It is a kind of "higher order" functionality: it would control the state of pistons that control the state of other pistons. That level of complexity is not feasible in the CODM, as far as I know.

Me also - which is why I raised the query rather than launching in and trying to re-learn stuff that I haven't used since Hauptwerk 3 :roll:
