Didn't realize it was hard to find a source for female 5 pin (MIDI) cable connectors at a reasonable cost.
Finally found these:

Was looking for compact SPST momentary push buttons in a group configuration.
Found these which are available in various "groupings".

The clear cap pops off permuting internal labeling. Online Labels has a 1/2 " square label that works and can be printed on an inkjet or laser (printer).
