Arduino LCD Hairless MIDI

PostFri Jul 26, 2019 3:53 am

Hello dear members,

after midifying my keyboards with an Arduino Mega, using loopMidi and Hairless MIDI, I wanted to add 2 or 3 Arduino displays with I2C.
I finished my code so far and I get the SysEx data from Hauptwerk but I only see them in my Debug MIDI messages from Hairless MIDI, I don't have any output on my display.
Before I restart checking my coding I have a simple question:
I created for the display in loopMIDI a simple virtual MIDI port, which I used in Hauptwerk as MIDI OUT and in Hairless MIDI as MIDI IN. Should I use anything else...?

Thank you all!

I solved it... after many many attempts I found out that in the code "MIDI.begin" overrides the baud rate set by Serial.begin().
