Hello Arp,

I've merged your two topics relating to this question together, since they've both ended up covering the touch screen driver question.
Best regards, Martin.

I too have a Mac Pro, and a 17 inch Elo. I had to recently download the latest drivers for the monitor from the Elo web site. What I have found is that I have to turn on the power to the Monitor about 10 seconds before I turn on the computer. Then everything works. If I turn on the computer first, or at the same time as the monitor, the monitor is often not responsive.

Thanks for the tip, James, but it has not worked. I'll try to change the operating system.
regards, Arp

Hi, James,
I wrote to customer service Elo, they have posted the new driver for Mac OS:

https://touch-base.com/oem/ELO/
The latest is UPDD_05_01_1443.dmg
now monitors work well
