I have some suggestions:

- Gigabyte motherboard is not supporting NVMe SSD's to it's full potential (only 10 Gb connection where most X99 boards have a 32 Gb connection). I would suggest an alternative that have a PCI-e 3.0 x4 (32 Gb/s) interface. They can be found for the same price (check MSI X99a Raider/SLI boards for instance). This is only for future updates.

- Take the i7-5820K: 6 cores at 3.3 (can easily be locked at 3.8 or 4.0 GHz with a 40 euro cooler) versus 8 at 1.7 GHz.
- SSD's: I personally dislike Kingston for SSD's. A similar product could be Crucial BX200 480 GB (about same price).
- Case: Nice (though large)!
- Power: 450W is more than enough. Even when overclocked, a system with an i7-5820K is not going to use much more than 180-200 W. Power supplies work best between 50-80% load. Cooler Master G450M is a very good option at a reasonable price.
- Cooler: you have not choosen one. The Scythe Fuma is an excellent choice.

Good luck with chosing!
