I'm setting up a system as a practice organ. No need for the Palace of Arts or anything outlandish. So I'm hoping that this All-in-One system from Lenovo might work:

Any opinions? The organist wants an All-in-One system (we'll need to add an audio interface)

Hi John, This looks pretty classy for an all in one. Is the KB/mouse wireless built in or does it use a USB port? Do you have MIDI>USB coming out of the console or do you need to add a MIDI merge to USB adapter. How many speaker/amplifiers do you have/need?
Best regards,
Thomas

Thanks for the comments. I don't know if the keyboard/mouse are wireless or not. Admittedly I found this system by using the Newegg parametric search function looking for lots of memory and an I7 cpu in an All-in-One system.
The console will have one MIDI out and we'll use a MIDI to USB interface. Probably just a couple of monitor speakers or headphones.
The customer will be using this solely to practice and has access to several 'real' organs on a regular basis, just doesn't want to have to commute to practice.

Every time I build a little system "just for practice" the customer outgrows it very quickly. So I have now taken the path that every system I build must be up-gradable in the future. For that reason I would be wary of all in one computers in general. JM2C
