For the benefit of anybody reading this thread in the future, I understand from Jake's previous post, which he seems to have deleted, that the issue with delayed delivery was that the company had been sending emails to Jake concerning a problem with his payment for the order, but that Jake hadn't checked his email account, and that the issue has now been resolved and the order delivered.
Jake - if you post something that might give bring somebody's reputation into question, and it subsequently turns out not to have been their fault, please do make sure you make that public too, so that people reading the post in the future aren't given an unfair impression of the party.
