If all the speakers share a common enclosure,
Than they better all be connected to the Same Amplifier Output,
or the result will be lots of "phase cancellation" and distortion
and It will be impossible to tune the enclosure !

Are you truly wanting to design an enclosure? You could simply stack 11 speakers on either side (prefab of course) and arrange them as a unit. Might save you an engineering headache. There's another user on this forum who bought a slew of m-audio bx8's and then built towered cabinets to house them all on either side so they look like two giant speakers. It's an elegant (aesthetically) solution to having multiple speakers.
