Rockville AMP 8B Monitors

PostMon Nov 19, 2018 6:52 pm

Hello all,
Does anyone know anything about these.
They are available right now for a good price.
I'm thinking of them for my Office Computer to play back music and scores.
They came up on a couple of 7 best, 10 best lists of studio monitors.\

Thanks in advance,

Hi John:

I'm not familiar with these but they seemed to be well made. My only concern is the proprietary 4-pin cable that connects the left and right monitors. Years ago I had some PC speakers (KLM brand) with a similar design and the cable was short 3 inches so they would each fit nicely in the corners of a computer hutch. Granted I could have cut into this cable and spliced in the additional length I needed but I never got around to it.
