Here's a quick write up on the the E5 and E8 Presonus monitors. It's interesting what the writer says about which might be best, largely based on room size, room treatment and so on, and pretty much says the E5's may actually be the better choice. I am in a rather small 12' x 12' space with all kinds of things in the room to mess up the sound, most being things I have no option to change unless I totally gutted the room and started from scratch which would likely land me downstairs sleeping on the couch! :mrgreen:

For $99 each the E5's do look to be quite the bargain in monitors right now.
