Have to qualify that a bit. Came upon this headset while looking for something else. Listed as a wireless.

Forget about the wireless idea. (they use the commercial FM band 88 - 108 mhz). The only item of value is the (stereo) headset itself. It has a 1/8" (3.5 mm) jack under the right ear piece which accepts a 3.5mm Male to Male Cable. The one provide is quite short, something like 3'. Lots of longer cables available such as

Further, if you go with this headset, you may want (or maybe don't need) to get a headset amp something like:

as the headset is slightly on the insensitive side, but so are my AKG K712's.. The above headset is an over the ear version somewhat less comfortable during long sessions, IMO. I found by reversing the left and right it is (to my ears) more comfortable (cord then comes from the left muff then). The muffs don't swivel, not a big deal.
I would be inclined to rate the headset possibly at a 3 to 3.5 out of a 5. Was just a little surprised at the sound quality esp for under 10 bucks (includes shipping). And, no, I won't trade them for my AKG's, but for cheap, not too bad..
You don't need the batteries when you hard wire them directly. Try 'em, you might just like 'em, if not, no big loss.
