How to make a set of samples playable in HW?

This is of course purely for private use; I bought the sampels, but they are currently not playable in HW, but they are all in WAV format, so it ought to be possible.

The picture below show one stop, the names of the first couple of octaves; then a screen of the low C, 8 notes samples, and then the next picture below the redline is of the 4 releases per note.

I would love someone to write this portion out for me, so I can do the whole thing, or tell someone to do it for me.

This might well be something Jake could help with - he specializes in customising Hauptwerk sample sets, and has done some excellent work for me:
