dowloading music from Contrebombarde web site

PostSun Jul 05, 2015 3:34 pm

I was trying to download some pieces from the contrebombarde web site. The download icon (looks like a CD disc) only seems to bring up a two inch square with a musical note in it plus a small number at the top left of this square. Clicking or back-clicking only brings up the same two inch square.

It's working fine for me, clicking 'download' to the right of 'options' brings up a 'save as box' as expected. I'm running Firefox on Windows.

I am trying to download an audio file from CCH but failing. When I click on the CD next to "Options", I get a horizontal bar in a new screem which controls the playing of the file. Nothing else on the screen. This happens with both Chrome and Firefox their only differences being that the Firefox bar is about three times as long as as the one in Chrome.

To download the .wav or .mp3 files, using Windows Edge: Right click on "Options Download"
and select "Save As" in the resulting menu. Other browsers are likely to be similar.

A left click will just play the music on your PC.

Thanks for that. It does exactly as you said. It is an age problem for me. Thanks
