Yeah and I got some weird e-mail from ConcertHall Awards that has this link to click on, said "New Badges Achieved" . At first I though it was spam, but then clicked the link and get the same error as you mention.

I got the same, and queried it. Darryl said,
" I think Ray implemented a new award on CB last night and it triggered an email.
It appears the link doesn't work if you're not already logged into the site.
However, it's not suspicious."

Received another CCH email but nothing shows as being 'awarded' contrary to the text in the message:

We would like to congratulate you on achieving a new award! Feel free to
visit the link below to view the new badge(s) you've received.

I just received an email too.
I followed the link
Then I logged in
Then I went to Acct Stats and clicked on awards.
And there it was.
