Trouble logging on and not receiving email with info

I'm unable to log onto Contrebombarde and click on forgot password and it has said twice now that an email has been sent to the email I put in the address box.... but it's been 20 mins and haven't received an email yet.

Can I get a little help with the password issue?

Occasionally e-mail takes a few minutes in transit. It isn't always immediate.
