Midiplus Midi 4x4

PostWed Feb 21, 2018 12:11 pm

It appears that the M-Audio Midisport 4x4 is discontinued. Amazon is showing the Midiplus Midi 4x4 which appears to be an equivalent product. Has anyone had any experience with this unit?

Midiplus is the original Midiman manufacturer. Midiman became M-Audio. My concern would be the driver support.

I see that Sweetwater still shows the M-Audio MIDISport 2x2 Anniversary Edition as an available product. I would take a look at the iConnectivity iConnectMIDI2+ or the slightly pricier MOTU interfaces such as the MOTU micro lite. I saw a selection of iConnectivity devices at a local Guitar Center a couple of weeks ago.
