I don't know this device but I have quickly looked at the manual https://download.esi-audiotechnik.com/download/ESI/MAYA44_USBp/MAYA44_USBp-English.pdf Others may be able to offer advice from hands on experience.
Look at your Windows sound settings and make sure that the system is not using the device for its default sound output. If it is clear this setting (and have no system sound). You may find this then shows more devices available if you restart HW. Check they are ASIO class devices.
If not...
I would unplug the device. Install the drivers (particularly the ASIO driver). These can be downloaded from the supplier's website. I would reboot the PC.
I would connect the device and if given the option when Windows detects the device choose the ASIO drivers. I would check, using Windows Device Manager, what outputs the device was offering and what drivers were being used. Hopefully it should show you four ASIO outputs (I think the headphones output is a duplicate of channels 1 & 2).
If you don't see four outputs (ASIO), then try to use the control application which comes with the device and look at their routing matrix. I think I would "unplug" all the connections (so that none of the outputs from apps were being connected to the inputs of other apps). Check the four output faders are set to near maximum. Look again with Device Manager.
You could start HW and see what it saw too...
You could ask the manufacturer for some help...
