OrganAssist - Fix for "File not found" error on macOS

As a 32 bit app, OrganAssist will run on macOS High Sierra and Mojave only. However, I have had reports that it sometimes fails to run with an error of a "File not found". The cause is that, when it is run for the FIRST time only, the installer software creates a link to the Documents folder within macOS. This link is only created successfully if the Language and Region is set to ENGLISH. When OrganAssist has been run once, you can then change back to another Language and it will continue to work correctly.
