I couldn't find mention in the FAQ and a google search failed me as well. Are there any compatibility issues with Hauptwerk?

We tested the current release version of Hauptwerk v. 4.2.1 with OS X Sierra and found no issues. You can safely update to this version of OS X, just verify any audio and MIDI interface drivers will be compatible from the manufacturer of your hardware prior to updating.
