Just thought I would share this in case others can benefit. Some time ago I bought a new receiver for the organ. I began to hear static, loud bursts, when playing at a high volume, especially on the lower pedals. I blamed the receiver. I even returned it and got another one thinking it was faulty. Still the static returned. It was there on all the organ sets, and even with another receiver and speakers. Finally, when all else failed, I looked at the user guide. Under General Settings/Audio Outputs it showed the recommended settings. Somehow mine had changed on the Speaker Level adjust setting. Mine was set at 4, whereas the recommended is 0. Problem solved. So, the moral of the story -- before you buy new hardware, check the settings on the program. (And I'd like to find the gremlin who changed that!!)
