Dongle

Not really technical.

The outer plastic case of one of my dongles keeps sliding off exposing the inside chip etc. Should I use some "crazy glue" to secure it? Dongle works ok.

Sorry to hear about that. We could certainly get the key replaced for you. Please just send us an email if so, and Brett could arrange it with you.

However, since you have plenty of DIY/electronics experience, if you wanted to try glueing it, and if you could easily do so, then by all means feel free. That's probably the quickest option, and if it goes wrong, then we still replace the key for you anyway.
