NRPN Stop Control :?

HI - I'm struggling a little trying to understand how the NRPN message data addresses a specific stop.
E.G.
B1 63 0F - CC B1=chan2 (99 - 15 dec MSB)
00
B1 62 5D - CC B1=chan2 (98 - 93 dec LSB)

00
B1 06 7F - CC chan2 6 - 127 stop on - Mont'16 ) OK
00
B1 26 7F - CC chan2 38 - 127 ) happy with this data

The stop is NRPN=2013 - Chan1 Stop13 derived from implementation List)
How do you convert the data from 1593 to action the stop - what am I obviously missing please?
Any help would be appreciated - I don't have much hair left!
