Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ

Been running Hauptwerks with dongle and license on an iMac, trying to install it on a mac pro 2013 canister when you pull down the file menu the options for creating and applying the license and gone, and the program doesn't recognize the dongle at all.

I even uninstalled the entire program and re installed it, when took forever because the mac installer wipes out for no reason over and over . . .

can someone please advise what i could possibly do next??

Have you installed the USB Dongle driver...http://www.downloadhauptwerk.com/osx?
(easy to forget...)
