Hello.
I have the advanced edition of HW, and the USB key is plugged in, however, when I try to launch HW, it tells me that no licensed key is recognized. And the triangle tinkle is still there when I go into St. Anne's, too, as if I were only evaluating it. I have tried quitting out of HW and relaunching, but it still won't recognize my key. Have ideas to help, anyone?
