Renaming and/or Editing combination sets

PostThu Oct 24, 2019 2:10 pm

I would like to edit saved organ combinations, either renaming or deleting. (macOS)

Two ways I can see to accomplish this. My question is which method should I use?

Method 1
While Hauptwerk is running, with appropriate organ loaded, click on Registration/Browse/rename/delete combination sets

Select the combination set I want to rename or delete . .

OR

Method 2
With Hauptwerk not loaded, use Finder to navigate to

MacPro HS/Hauptwerk/HauptwerkUserData/OrganCombinations/organID (select the organ I want to edit), then select the combi to either rename or delete.

Thanks for any advice,
Lawrence

Apparently I had not understood the meaning of the word set.

I've accomplished what I've needed.

After loading an organ, clicking on Registration | browse/rename/delete combination sets, I was able to delete the registration combinations that I did not want.

[Topic moved here.]

The result will be the same either way; the menu function is just for your convenience (so that you don't need to find the OrganID and browse through multiple levels of folders).
Best regards, Martin.
