Sampleset licenses incompletely migrated

Today I did the upgrade from HW 4 advanced to HW 5, no errors.
After the installation HW runs fine and I tried to continue with the migration of my many sample set licenses.
I created the migration file and put this in the window on HW-homepage for migration (prev5licensemigrations).
No errors occured and I thought: very fine.
But then the shock: from my many licenses were only 3 licenses migrated to ILOK. Where are theothers?
The attemp to start the migration on the website again was not successfull:
"The license migration request file that you uploaded has been submitted previously. "

What can I do to get my licenses for my sample sets back / migrated to ILOK?

Sorry to hear that. Presumably something went wrong during the migration. I'll send you a P.M. with my direct email address. Please email your licence migration file to that, and I'll have a look, and will make sure that you get any missing licences. Thanks.

Thanks for the file. I can see that the licences were all identified and logged correctly, but it looks like the connection to PACE's server was dropped (perhaps timed-out) after only three had been sent. I've sent the remainder to you manually now. Hope you enjoy v5.
