Hi, I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I cannot get the MDA Mount Carmel organ in V5.
v5 is running fine, and I did the v5 license migration step as per guidance from this forum. The organ is showing up correctly in my ilok account.
I've downloaded and installed the license package from the website.
When I try and load in the Mount Carmel organ i get an error: "The organ definition file named MasterWorks_Skinner.ORgan.Hauptwerk.hbx' caouldn't be loaded to query its version .... If it's a licensed file then perhaps a license jasn't yet been installed for it"
Can anyone adivse? I've conrtacted MDA but haven't heard anything back from them. As a i say, it is in my ilok account and v5 is running without issue.
