Willis Volume 1 user guide

PostTue Jan 14, 2020 7:07 am

I splashed out on the MDA Willis organ a couple of days ago and got an email with download links. All of them worked except for the download link to the Salisbury Willis Volume 1 User Guide. That link just redirects to: https://www.hauptwerk.com/salisbury-cat ... -volume-1/

Emailing store@hauptwerk.com got no reply.

When I log into the web site and navigate to https://www.hauptwerk.com/submit-ticket/, it says "You are not allowed to submit a ticket".

Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?

Hello Nick,

Thanks very much for the sample set purchase.

I'll pass the message on so that we can potentially get the link in the purchase email updated.

In the meantime, the link in the document posted here works: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17988

Perfect, thanks! Have downloaded that now.

If you're in the mood for getting documentation updated, could you also put a note into the documentation that these sample sets need the Licensing Packages? It's completely not obvious for first-time users that these are mandatory, and this had me stumped for the best part of a day - the error message was pretty obscure.

Thanks very much, Nick.

Excellent.

I'm not involved personally with MDA's sample sets, but I'll pass the suggestion on. That Hauptwerk user guide does cover it (in the section on installing sample sets).
Best regards, Martin.
