skrzatusz - (piotyr grabowski)

PostTue Jan 14, 2020 12:14 pm

The above organ is a non-encrypted sample set from the excellent catalogue of Piotyr Grabowski.
Since upgrading to HW5 all of my non-encyrpted or non-copy-protected sets worked straightaway in HW5, but trying to open this organ, my system says that this version is not suitable for HW5.

Has anybody else had this problem with this sample set?

Hello David,

After you get the error message, please go to 'Help | View activity log' and then copy the line (which will be very near the end) containing the error message and paste it here, so that we can see the exact text of the error you're getting. Thanks.
Best regards, Martin.

The original release of the Skrzatusz Sample Set was in fact encrypted, although it did not require a dongle update. There is a newer release available for free download from Piotr Grabowski's website which is NOT encrypted. This one should work fine on HW5, although the earlier one will not.

Hi 'OrganoPleno' and Martin
Thank you for the replies. Before I post the 'activity log', let me try the other suggestion which, if I understand correctly, involves re-downloading and installing the sample set again and see if the current version launches. I'll keep you updated.
many thanks

Thanks, David.

Yes -- given OrganPleno's reply, downloading and installing the newest version of the sample set should fix it.
Best regards, Martin.

The current version from the website works fine on HW 5. Iai
